Process
The same cycle every month
The first month starts with getting to know you and an analysis; after that, the plan, production, publishing and report cycle repeats.
Getting started: first content within 1–2 weeks of signing
1. Discovery and analysis
First month
We look at your brand, audience, competitors and your current account. Tone of voice and visual language are set.
2. Monthly plan
At the start of every month
We prepare the month’s content calendar and ideas by content category and share them for your approval.
3. Shoot and production
On the shoot day we capture photos and videos, then turn them into posts, carousels, stories and Reels.
4. Approval
You see the content before it goes live, and we adjust it to your feedback.
5. Publishing and follow-up
We publish on schedule and follow comments and messages.
6. Report and next month
At the end of the month we report what worked and build next month’s plan on that data.
Pricing
How much does social media management cost?
The smallest package with both content and account management is $600 a month (Content 10 $400 + Management $200).
Strategy is included free in every package. All prices are monthly and exclude VAT.

Frequently asked questions
How much does social media management cost?
Account management (Management) is $200 per month, content packages start at $400 per month. The smallest package with both is $600. Strategy and the monthly content plan are included free in every package. Prices exclude VAT.
Can I buy content production only?
Yes. If you run your account yourself, you can take a content package only; we deliver the content ready to post.
Our own team creates the content. Can we still work together?
Yes. Take Management only ($200 a month); the strategy that plans what to post is included free.
Are shoots included?
Yes. Within Trabzon, Content 10 includes 1 shoot day a month, Content 20 includes 2 and Content 30 includes 3. An extra shoot day is $200; drone footage and shoots outside the city are quoted separately.
Do you manage ads?
Yes, as an add-on for $250 per month. We set up, monitor and report Meta ad campaigns. The ad budget isn’t included and is paid directly from your own account.
What is the minimum term?
Results on social media take a few months, so agreements run for at least 3 months. 6-month and 1-year partnerships are possible too; paying 3 months up front gets 5% off.
How many revisions do I get?
Each piece of content we deliver includes one round of revisions. A new concept, a reshoot or out-of-scope changes to approved content are charged as extra work.
Do you reply to comments and messages?
With Management we monitor comments and DMs and pass them on to you. You know your sales, prices and service best, so the replies stay with you.
Which platforms do you cover?
Account management covers Instagram and Facebook. The Reels and short videos we produce can also be used on TikTok and YouTube Shorts; managing those platforms is scoped in the call.
Can I see the content before it goes live?
Yes. The monthly content calendar and the finished pieces are shared for your approval before publishing.
Do you work with companies outside Trabzon?
Yes. Strategy and account management work from anywhere. Shoots take place in and around Trabzon; shoots elsewhere are quoted separately.
